Green Bay and Seattle pretty much was the icing on the cake made of absolute $#!+ for the week. Who would've known something as NFL referees going on a strike would create this adverse effect on the season? If this outright insanity continues any further, there will be many fans calling for Roger Goodell's head, including me. I'm still pissed at him just burying the Saints with those penalties.
I'm investing all of my faith on the Jets and Bengals this season...oh that will not end well...
Yeah the Browns were close. Weeden seems much more comfortable in either a full shotgun or play-action, I mean there was a point where they were doing one of those two things for like 15 straight plays. It was a good game, and I don't think I've ever seen a kicker hit three 50+ yard field goals in one outing, so that was neat, but we're still well on our way to the first pick!
And the storyline thing...I dunno. We should be talking more about how the Patriots and Steelers are 1-2, how the Cardinals are 3-0, or how the NFC West has thus far been the best conference in football! But the negativity towards the refs seems to overtake all that stuff.
LMAO! We get our asses handed to us and we're still first or at least second in the division? Wow the AFC East has fallen HARD!
I had the displeasure of going to the game yesterday. I did have a feeling the Jets could lose considering that the 49ers are somewhat of a hot team but I did not expect the Jets being crushed like that on both sides of the field. Revis being out is bad enough but Holmes is also done as well? It's becoming really hard to invest my faith in this team this season.
This has been a heck of a surprising season though, Elite teams like the Packers and Patriots are both 2-2 while young upstarting teams like the Texans and Cardinals are unbeaten, heck even my second fav team the Bengals are 3-1. It's as if a changing of the guard is happening this season.
Thanks to the internet, the news is now official before it's even official: Holmes out for the year.
Hopefully Sanchez can do something next Monday night. Keller and Hill are expected to return, so he can't say he has nothing left. All this Tebow talk must drive him to do better than what he has, even if he's facing the next best defense in the NFL after the Niners. I'm not giving up hope quite yet. If they get blown out again on MNF, then I'll start panicking.

Twitter blew up over that call last night. On a brighter note my Falcons are 3-0, and Matt Ryan looks like the best QB in the league.
Well, the real refs are back...
about damn time
The internet's biggest Sanya and Eila fan (self-proclaimed) P.S. Sanya and Eila are lovers.
Yeah the real ref are back, but the next thing you know we're gonna hear everyone's sarcastic demands of bringing back the replacements.
^Took the words outta my mouth!
Well the Browns are on. A friend says they win 34-17 (always much better in prime time). But I'm picking against them...we'll see!
You know a season has a lame start when the top story of the day is about the refs.
Thursday's game went down to the wire though, The Browns could've pulled an upset but they just weren't consistent enough.

So last week we lose Revis, and now we lose Holmes. Oh yeah, we also lost 34-0 to the Niners.
How the hell are the Jets still in first place?
