Are you getting the "Driver irql not less or equal" error? Or is it "Unmountable Boot volume"? If that is the case, it could be a hardware or software problem. If you can save your data and do a reinstall, that would probably be your best hope at this point. If it is reoccurring after that, then it is a hardware issue.
I would say the majority of times I have seen that error, it was due to a hardware issue, but not always. Sometimes overheating can do it as well, if you haven't cleaned the computer out in awhile, it might be a good time to do so. The typical overheating problems involve fans being clogged, it doesn't hurt to do it, but I doubt it will change much if this error is happening at boot every time.
At this point it really is best to just backup your documents and do a vape and reinstall. Is it from one of the big names like HP, Dell and Acer etc?
If you have access to a Windows install CD you could try booting from the CD and running a repair install, although it is still best to backup first.
What version of Windows is it anyway? If it is Windows 7 or Vista you can try the recovery options from the recovery enviroment (altough if your install is so badly broken that you can't even get into a safe mode command prompt this may not work either) - tap the F8 key a few times when the computer is booting and choose the "repair your computer" option.
its a hp, i have windows 7. i try repair your computer but didn't work
If that isn't working, then getting an install disc for your version of Windows and doing the repair install using the license key you should have affixed to somewhere on your computer.
Probably a good idea to take to heart what Shiroi Hane said, back up your files (on separate media), start anew & re-install the entire OS.
That is, if you have the original Windows CD along with a valid key.
You can try doing a repair install from the Windows disk if you have it. It MIGHT fix it, but in all seriousness, if it's messed up that bad, might be a good idea to cut your losses and re-install. If you want to pursue that course & don't know how to do it, google will give you the answers.
If your system was compromised by a virus/malware, then more then likely it'll leave traces of itself, and once something is infected that badly, it's seldom trustworthy anymore. Not to mention the slew of headaches that arise from having to deal with corrupted drivers and other sys files.
Also, it helps to have a system image (or 2) so that if something like this happens, you can just restore it to that point you made it.
