The Trailer latest for the Double Rainboom Project is up! For those who don't know Double Rainboom is the first Fan-Made MLP:FIM episode done by a group of college students * Which it being done for educational purposes is pretty much the only reason Hasbro Allowed it I bet*

@ Clara, yep, it was a group of college kids that did it for their graduation project I believe, hopefully at least some of them will go on to work on the actual show someday!
Also that Dash cover was parodying THIS Famous painting known as Death Dealer by Frank Frazetta *you know, FOR KIDS! XD*
Also just got wind the MLP USB Drives were up for sale, look pretty cute ,deffinantly gonna get me the RD one when I can! *They also come pre loaded with Wall-Papers, Avatars and the first issue of the comic, so thats a nice bonus*
And finally the MLP:FIM Masquerade figures are up for pre-order, I like the new character's Sunset Shimmer's design, wonder what role she'll play in season 4? *Is she really the rumored 7th Element, or some one else entirely, a new member of the royal family, Celestia in Disguise, Twilight's student, Trixie's Sister? Who knows only time will tell!*

Personally I think these designs look a bit better then the leaked ones, again AJ converts to human form fairly easily, the others are a bit of a stretch, but hey its a cartoon, so yeah... looking forward to learning more about this spin-off at Hasbro's MLP Comicon Panel come June!
Something Called the "My Little Pony: Treasury Edition" was announced at Emerald City Comicon today it'll feature the sketch version all 48 variant covers used for the first story arc. My guess is its just the Hardback version of the first trade. No cover, release date or additional info yet.
Also Wave-8 of the MLP:FIM Blind Bags was announced, get ready for NEON PONIES! XD *hey better then crystal IMO*
Okay, I'm more than a little late to the party, but I FINALLY got to watch the season 3 finale since the Hub put it on their website.
I liked it (especially the first half where the girls had to help each other regain their true selves), but it did feel rushed. I'm not sure how I feel about Celestia right now. It kind of does feel like she manipulated Twilight into becoming a princess...
Not a fan of Twi's princess outfit, but that's pretty much it (in relation to Princess Twi). There's lots more that the writers can work with now.
Also, those USB drives look nice (except for the Twi one, that just looks a bit weird to me for some reason - probably the eyes).
Super excited for Double Rainboom at the end of the month. It looks really good.
@FireFly: Yep, that Celesita's A Sly one... hopefully we will see the reason(s) for all her machinations in season 4.

All I can say, I WAS EPIC! Seriously this comic keeps getting better with each issue. I won't spoil too much, but picture this...

Yes it is both hilarious and amazingly bad-a$$ as it sounds! XD
Also Twy has her final show down with Chrysalis, which is a bit anti-climatic given the build-up, but it still works out very well overall, the ending is hilarious, poor Chrysy, maybe you'll get those ponies next time.
OK so thought i'd do a little bit more serious post this time around..
First up Tara Strong has Canceled her appearance to this years Big Apple Bronycon, due to wanting to spend more time with her kids *I don't blame her at all, gal deserves mare family time* And may cancel more con appearances in the future. *Which again she's busy enough as is as a VA for MLP & Oddparents, I don't blame her for not wanting to go to so many cons8
Next up MLP:FIM veteran Cindy Morrow is NOT working on the show anymore she's now at Disney working on projects there, she also noted she didn't have any season 4 episodes. Cindy is most well known for writing the Crusaders & Apple Family episodes, so hopefully whoever got that spot from her does well * I pray its Corey Ann Powell, as Powell is the best writer the stable has in their ranks atm for character & comedy pieces*

Corey Ann Powell we know will be doing at least 2 episodes for season 4 *I't would be awesome if she did more on top of that*, hopefully one of them is a follow-up to her season 3 hit "Sleepless In Ponyville" And personally I think Powell should be put in charge of more episodes, she knows how to write good character pieces, good slice of life, good heart-warming moments & good comedy, she just really understands how to write a cartoon, maybe even better then some of the vets on the team! Powell IMO is the BEST weapon the writer's have in their arsenal ATM.
And of course theres many others who's names I can't find/remember, but yeah out of the big guns these are the ones coming back for S4 *& maybe beyond*
But ahh i'm rambling so yeah, any who not really any more real show news till this summer, just fun speculation and rumors.... heres hoping season 4 turns out well and if certain rumors are true we

But at the end of the day its just a spin-off for the franchises 30th anniversary, it doesn't effect the main show thankfully! And odds are if it does last past its premiere movie, it won't last too long as spin-off's seldom do. Although I still have hope if the people in charge do put effort into it, that it can turn out to be decent overall. *knockonwood!*
Also the HUB's upfront will be in April, hopefully we get some more MLP:FIM Season 4 & EQG info there!
