Watched the recent episodes of MLP - that Pinkie pie was was quite funny, it reminded me of Multiplicity.
I loved the scene where she was able to silently jump in the water by just slowing down as she came to her impact point, and Rainbow asks how she did it.
Then the nod to the old pony series with her face, the fingers and hybrid animal oranges.
That new one is pretty realistic, usually when people bully others to that extent, there is a deeper reason, most of the time, there are many others who do it because they can, they're spoiled, but that's a discussion for another time.
And as for the CMC, maybe there will be a Manehatten episode, that may be good, the hometown, rural ponies go to the big city, wonder what the statue of liberty looks like.

I don't know if there will be a Manehatten Episode perse, But I personally wouldn't be suprised to see Babs pop back up in the Apple Family reunion episode that airs later this season. *Although some of the leaked season 3 art did have Lower ManeHatten as a backdrop, so we might see the Big Apple some time down the line*
And Speaking of Babs Seed, fun fact, she was voiced by Bryanna Drummond, Daughter of Brain Drummond, whom anime fans may know as the original english voice for Vegeta in the old 96 Ocean dub, as well as Benny from Black Lagoon and Ryuk from Death Note. From what we got with "Bad Seed" seems like she's a pretty good actress just like her dad, hope she keeps it up, I wouldn't mind hearing her in more toons & anime over time.
Also, gotta say, I think Babs may be my new favorite side character in the show, somethin about dat short mane & tail, and the color scheme mixed with that steryotypical New York accent and spunk, its just...well its just cute.
Also, I still can't get that SONG outta mah head! And apparently the rest of the fanbase can't either as theres already countless re-mixes being made! XD

@Neon: Yep, But it makes sense, Trixie is essentially Twilights Nightmare Moon, that is to say a villain she created, just as Luna was Jealous of Celestia in the past, and fell to darkness becoming nightmare moon, Trixie too has used dark magics to attempt to surpass the one she sees as an enemy. I suspect this story will end similar to NMM's *the part where she was turned to good by the mane six, not the being sent to the moon part, that would be....silly*
But yeah still super hoping Babs was a type of foreshadowing that the show will take non super-villian antagonists and turn them to good *after all the show is about promoting the "Magic Of Friendship" XD And Abe Lincoln himself said, "Do I not destroy my enemy when I make them my friend?" Cause honestly I would hate to think the CMC are better at spreading friendship then the elements of Harmony, I mean if Twy can't even clean up her own mess *Trixie* she's just not doing her job right IMO.
But yeah very excited to see how the ep will play out!
Also heres that Lower ManeHatten Image I was talking about *so yeah hopefully we will see Babs Hometown in a future ep, just have to wait & see I guess Knock on wood*
its a good show i was watching it with my niece and i have to say what makes it a good show it the charters are very well put together and seem to have real problems you can relate to such as shyness or pride even when twilight had her nervous breakdown mix in some good songs and its no wonder the show is a hitt i have to say one of my favorit songs was the flim flam brothers or the remixes you can make with the songs http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=QA0D8KTLaDs

Glad to meet someone else who watches the show, welcome to the forums blue sub! *hugs* And yeah, The characters, their imperfections, and watching them grow defiantly make the series, that along with the music and colorful backdrops make it a blast to watch IMO.

Lol, call me mean but, I love the insecure side of Dashie, I mean she's helped save the entire world what 3-4 times now and she isn't sure if she's Wonderbolts material? C'mon girl, you know you got game! But yeah sounds like it'll be a fun episode, and i'm guessing the one where Dash meets that green Lightening based pegasus we see in the S3 Preview trailer.

Calling it now AJ pulls a Twilight and gets so OCD about prepping for the event she starts ignoring her family. Also hoping we see good ol Babs Seed again in this one * I mean not much a reunion if we don't see the actual family come down for it*
PONY NEWS UPDATE! Babs Seed confirmed to return in Later Episode/Season of MLP straight from her creator (Cindy Morrow's) Mouth! *And This makes me very happy!*
Also Stan Lee May be doing a cameo in a future episode/season of My Little Pony As welll. SWEET!
Got the first Issue of IDW's MLP comic and well.... ITS BEAUTIFUL! Honestly best All-ages comic I've read in well...ages, and probably one of the best comics overall i've read in years. I mean everything goes together so well, the writing, the art, the pacing, it all...it all just clicks so well, I genuinely don't have a single negative thing to say, this is the first comic in years I can say I am with out a doubt 110% satisfied with, and one of the few that actually lives up to and surpasses hype & expectations! IDW hit the jackpot with this, Katie Cook knows how to write a good funny book, and Andy Price knows how to draw art that makes the book pop to life!
I would highly suggest checking this baby out, even if your not usually a comic/manga reader. Its deffinantly worth it!
