I would say for me as of now the most appealing females in the realm of anime would be characters such as Clare from Claymore, Revy Two-Hands from Black Lagoon, Rukia Kuichki from Bleach, Erza Scarlet from Fairly Tail,...and ALL OF THE SAILOR SCOUTS (save Chibusa...cause..she to0 young..and annoying, lol.) Because all of these are both strong well written, and well drawn (lol) ladies.
and on the more vain & shallow side... Scanty & Kneesocks from P&S, as well as Kurumu Korono from R+V, as Succubi are hawt, lol.
