Re: Bleach Manga Discussion [may contain spoilers]
i kind of disagree the mindless action is one part the the show that made bleach. Bleach has now done a complete 360 and turned into naruto. there needs to be a balance between dialogue and action.
Re: Bleach Manga Discussion [may contain spoilers]
Yeah. Balance. Personally, I think this arc has done better in conveying such.
In terms of the chapter, we got some pretty good stuff.
Tsukishima just casually invites them in. lol
Ichigo can't stand the mind games being played using his friends. [though it's understandable when you remember just how close he is to them.]
He goes up to where the Fullbringers are and that's where Tsukishima decides to spring his ambush.
Man, Ichigo really seems to be going for the kill with Tsukishima. [even cut off the guy's arm]
Looks like his next opponents will be Orihime and Chad. Kinda expected this scenario since they're also Fullbringers, but man, that is sadistic of Tsukishima. [well, Orihime's only short an official statement. Just about everything about her powers points to it]
Re: Bleach Manga Discussion [may contain spoilers]
The first half of the latest chapter was such a waste of time. I wish Ginjou had just let Ichigo attack Tsukishima the moment he stepped out of the door. Because of Ginjou's stupid interruption, we were lead into the pointless showing of Ichigo's sisters and friends yet again telling him to apologize to Tsukishima and telling him Tsukishima's there friend.
And after all that wasting of time, Ichigo unleashes his Fullbring and we don't even get the Fullbring's name. (Not that I care much, but still....!)
And Tsukishima is just pathetic to let his arm get sliced off so easily by Ichigo.
I hope next week's chapter shows us more of Chad and Orihime's new powers. I want to see Orihime in an actual fight for once.

Is it just me or does Kubo have a thing for arm dismemberment? Yeah not really conveying the challenge a villain poses when he can't even keep up with Ichigo.
I'll admit it'll be interesting to (hopefully) see some new powers from Chad and Orihime, but still just goes to illustrate Tsukushima's lack of threat. His minions (i.e. the people who always got beat in part one) are more intimidating than he is. At least we know chad and orihime can physically hurt you.
Re: Bleach Manga Discussion [may contain spoilers]
Well, assuming he didn't let it happen because he had his little trump cards set up in advance, he may not have been prepared for Ichigo's boost from a fully mastered Fullbring. He did comment on Ichigo mastering it since last time.
But we know he has more fight in him overall. He showed us as much during the last action segment. He could very well be waiting to go all out. [He wouldn't be the first]
I'm just surprised at Ichigo's bloodlust. Tsukishima may even be a bigger opponent for Ichigo than Aizen on the principle not of power [heck no], but in that his issue with the former is far more personal.
I just wonder if there's more than simple 'insertion' in his power. If not, I don't see how they could choose him over Ichigo. Even if it is like last time where Ichigo looks like a psycho in their eyes for attacking for no reason. [That's how it looks from their perspective thanks to Tsukishima's tampering]
I do have to admit that I like this twist, though. It's another heavy trial for Ichigo, which will definitely be a psychological challenge as well as a physical one depending on how much more developed Chad and Orihime's Fullbrings are.
We know they've been improving them and Orihime even had a new attack that she attempted to use a few chapters back before Yukio canceled it.
This development should hopefully prove interesting. It's already pretty dark.
Re: Bleach Manga Discussion [may contain spoilers]
Acting intense chapter in this exclusive party held at the request of Tsukishima. It was quite surprising to see Ichigo have to turn against his friends, but Im quite sure he wont, at least, have difficulty getting through Inoue and Sado. Im surprised Inoue cant reject this phenomenal, as Aizen would say.
Im now curious to see how this situation will lead into Soul Society, Isshin and Uruhara, and what the overall big picture is of the necessity for Ichigo to get his original shinigami powers back as I miss Getsuga Tenshou.
Re: Bleach Manga Discussion [may contain spoilers]
I hope you don't mind me cutting in, but I'm sure we've all raised the following question in our minds... Wouldn't Inoue and Sado choose Ichigo over Tsukishima? I realize that Tsukishima can insert himself into people's pasts... but real experiences should be able to trump false memories. I mean, Ichigo saved Inoue from Aizen and fought through everyone to do so. Even if they think Tsukishima is very important to them, wouldn't it be hard for them to fight Ichigo nonetheless?
Re: Bleach Manga Discussion [may contain spoilers]
I thought that was understandable since Ginjou indicated that when he was around his friends, that his friends still thought of Ichigo as there friend and wouldnt attack?
Re: Bleach Manga Discussion [may contain spoilers]
If Tsukishima can manipulate peoples memories with out people knowing or being able to block it. like how Orihime thought he stabbed her, but she was still alive. I just can't figure out how ichigo is going to beat him. I mean Ichigo just stands and bangs in the fight, if he his friend can be maniuplated its almost like Tsukishima is another Aizen. Which would be kinda a let down unless, there tied together somehow.

Looking forward to next week.

True, but since they're protecting Tsukishima, you can't really tell. We might just have to wait 'til the next chapter.
