I think its an issue because in this case no one is in their shinigami bodies. Didnt in the past everyone fighting involved, unless in gegai, couldnt be seen?
The only thing the chapter is missing is what is Uruhara and Isshin doing?

Good setup chapter.
We check back in on Uryu who now has Orihime heal his injuries after being reluctant for it at first for his own reason.
The fighting ends for now, though I was really glad to see the wonderful Riruka in the chapter. And apparently, the weapon she was holding was made by Tsukishima himself.
Yukio literally puts people into his video game handheld. Interesting.
And wow, he must be rich if he's paying for everything.
Really glad Ichigo's friends are finally keeping each other in the loop. [even being aware of Fullbring]
Orihime and Uryu note Ichigo's different reiatsu, which we know to be him using Fullbring.
And now Orihime will apparently be needed since the next step is for Ichigo to fight Ginjou himself. That should be interesting.

yeah pretty sure it matters that they are seen cause they all are human where before all the people fighting were invisible to most people. i can imagine getting caught doing so much destruction would be a problem for them.

^Arguably the same could more legitimately be said for most of the previous arc after the non-stop battling began.
At least there's actual story now. [Don't get me wrong, the fights were fun and I still loved the arc, but when story and development take a backseat to excessive brawls in succession without pause......]
Regarding the topic of the cops and everything, yeah. That was never a problem when the combatants were mostly souls/spiritual beings.
But now we're dealing with humans. Superpowered humans, yes, but otherwise completely human nonetheless.
As such, they're visible even to those not spiritually aware.

As someone who is fairly anti-scanlations... I wish VIZ would go aheard and do a speed up for Bleach in the U.S. this FullBring arc sounds like alot more fun then Aizen's arc sounded. and Bleach is 15 volumes behind its JP counterpart... C'mon VIZ... speed it up like you did for Naruto & OP!

Now that is what I love to see. Some good development.
In specific, I'm referring to the strong and confident Orihime we saw. Her resolve was solid with how doubtlessly she spoke about how she'd never allow Ichigo to get that hurt ever again and she'd heal it all.
I especially liked the 'I've left those worries behind a long time ago' line. It really shows how far she's come since Hueco Mundo where worrying made up a majority of her time.
Hopefully, Kubo keeps it up.
On some other notes, I have to admit that Yukio's Fullbring is pretty darn cool. Maybe not the most impressive gaming related power, but still cool.
Ginjo's fullbring sure has an interesting name.
That twist at the end with Kisuke and Isshin was pretty mysterious, though. I wonder what they're up to and who the Shinigami present there is.

Yukio's Fullbring just brought this manga to a whole new level of "Not Bleach!"
And it looks like Orihime is gonna yet again just be a Healer. So much for her getting a power upgrade! There's still time though, make use of her Kubo or get rid of her.
And OMFG, IT'S A SHINIGAMI!!!!!!!!!! Just seeing that foot of the Shinigami almost makes me completely love Bleach again!!
The ending was the best part of this chapter. Finally we get some development on Urahara and Isshin's doings.
I'm betting Isshin wants to ensure that Ichigo no longer has any type of powers so that he can go back to living a normal life.
I'm hoping the Shinigami at the end of the chapter is Rukia and not some new character. Plus, the Shinigami didn't have a Haori so it can't be a Captain. It's either Rukia, Renji, or one of the Vice-Captains, but I'm hoping it's Rukia.
