Ah, I've read the first volume, and I thought it was pretty great. I might have to pick up the next one next time I get some money. ^_^
As for your second question, I usually get it off of RightStuf or Amazon. Both have really huge selections, and they sell older volumes that you can't find in regular bookstores.

Black BIrd's pretty cool. I sometimes find myself annoyed with Misao and her...antics, but nonetheless, a good heroine. I abosultely LOVE the triplets!! They are so cute and loveable!!

As to where you can buy manga online.... I'm afraid I don't quite know. I just go to a book store xD
This is another one of my favs, I just love this manga! I usually buy my mangas from Amazon or Ebay when I get lucky lol
My fav character is Kyo :D I have a thing for anime dudes with wings lol
I really like the drawing style as well, it would be awesome if this could find a way to anime
