I think there's hope of Haganai s1 being dubbed and released this year, but no way s2 will be. All of the BDs/DVDs come out in Japan first, to my knowledge, before that happens. They (Japan) will start releasing near the end of the season in 2/3 (most likely 2) episode BD/DVD installments. It will take around 6 months to get all the episodes out on home video for them. Maybe s2 (provided that Funimation gets it) would get a release some time in 2014 most likely at earliest.
Btw, what's with all the strange post times in here? 8:08, 11:11, 7:07, etc. Hahaha.
i know i will take a look at this and funimation please hurry up and dub Haganai and Haganai season 2 i am waiting on this one for a long time .

@Chrisc- There are a few others I've been watching like Oresu, and Problem Children. They've been prety good so far.
But yes just tell us you have haganai funi. Think thats about the only other interesting one I've seen thus far.

The Manga is decent so i'll give the anime a go but come on FUNi please give us Haganai Series 2.
