Well, since it's all but confirmed that this will get a dub once its run is finished in Japan, let's get a dub thread going. Personally, there are three options FUNimation can choose to do the job. They are as follows:
1. Send the masters to Bang Zoom!. This is the most ideal option in terms of continuity between the two seasons, but the drawback is it will cost considerably more this way.
2. Dub it themselves, recasting all recurring roles. This has the advantage of being the cheapest method, but has the drawback of having zero continuity with the original.
3. Dub it themselves, attempting to retain as many recurring roles as possible. This takes the advantages of both with few drawbacks, and I believe this to be the best method to go about. Some roles will still have to be recast as the actors have either retired or passed away.

I love Greg Ayres, really do, but he sounds nothing like Joshua Seth's take on the character. I know there's pretty much zero chance of continuity here (unfortunately because Seth was darn good as Dio in my opinion) but I'd prefer someone similar in sound at least.
Otherwise that's a nice hypothetical cast list. I think Kara Edwards would be a great choice for Millia as an alternative to Brina if they wanted to go with a newer VA.
It would be best if Funi could get back as many of the original VAs as possible though. Especially Michelle Ruff since she voices mutiple re-curring characters who are, along with Dio, iconic characters.

Yeah, Dio was a hard one. I could see Michael Sinterniklaas or Todd Haberkorn take him on as well. I chose Chris Ayres as director primarily for his part in directing Night Raid 1931 and his skill in juggling multiple languages at once. I would have probably gone with Mike McFarland or Tyler Walker had there not been characters who spoke Russian. I chose Liliana and Luscina's actors as sort of a sick That Anime Show related joke.
Well, my little speculation is now complete since the show has ended and I'm no longer feeling lazy about it. This will likely be the last edit to it until the official list is released with the solicitation of the DVDs.
