Koga the Kicker and Loki are both a bit annoying,

Yeah I would say Loki was the worst.
Taichi Kōga and Honoka, both annoying.

Althought I like the VA for her in the anime, I'd list Renka Ma as my least favorite. I don't know about the manga but she's just not really important at all in the anime and she doesn't really add anything except a little bit of depth to her father's character, which doesn't amount to much since he acts pretty much the same after the revelation.
English dubs rule! Spread the love, raise the profit, get more anime.

I would say it is radin tidat jihan because he is to arrogant but in later chapters he is better
I don't much like Rimi as a character, she's pretty annoying and her abilities aren't very interesting.
