Kaze no Stigma Save vs Non-Save dvd?

Am I missing something besides the non-save edition is from 2010 and the Save edition is from 2012?

Everything else seems exactly the same with these releases except one says "SAVE" on it.

The Save also seems to be cheap everywhere BUT Rightstuf (currently 14.99$ for the 2010 version & 22.49$ for the Save version)

All the SAVE line is is a repackaging of shows that underperformed (compared to FUNimation's expectations) at a lower price point.
