I can confirm for you all that HighSchool DxD WILL BE GETTING AN ENGLISH DUB!!!!
This news comes from Australia, Madman [the anime/manga distributer for Australia that rarely releases anime that is not bilingual] Announced on Sunday the 19th of August, that they had licensed 9 new anime for release in Australia including HighSchool DxD. Upon this news i decided to ask on their facebook page about what kind of things to expect "Dub, Cast, BD" and heres their response direct from the page
Madman has confirmed there will be a dub released in Australia which in turn means that the US also can expect it!

When Funimation says "we have home video rights" that means THEY WILL DUB IT
Funimation DUBS EVERY ANIME they have home video rights for
and if you don't know what home video rights are, it means DVD. If also they have Blu-ray rights it'll be mentioned in the press release.
Since Funimation announced home video rights MONTHS ago, this isn't actually news. 99% of people already knew.

Jackson, i was under the sam impression back during streaming. and i asked them live during a webcam q&a about the dubbing and cast and they replied saying they had no intentions on dubbing it. they went on to say if you like devils with big boobs then watch it. still, back then they told us they they had no plans to dub the show. Now in les than a week we have a potential season 2 announcement, and still no cast or confirmation. Lets hope we get some news soon.
EDIT: At least some page updates would be nice, like maybe something other than an info page with no info on it...... Honestly, the least that can do is give the fans something to drool over and not the same promo poster we've had since november last year.
