Yes, it is confirmed that we have Hetalia season 5.
Hetalia: The Beautiful World
It is scheduled to air in Japan on January 25th, 2013.
The new theme song for this is called "Mawaru Chikyuu Rondo" aka "Turning World Round".
I really hope the best from this new season. Even more that Funimation can bring this over to America and do what they do best at their English dubbing!
