When is the Simulcast?

My sources told me 1:30PM EST. Am I incorrect?

As a secondary note... I'm going to guess the show is on a break or something? If it is I'm confused because aren't most seasonal shows twelve weeks long... not eleven?

I believed this weeks break was mentioned on the funimation simulcaste update post on their blog.
It didnt air in JPN this week.
