I own 2 Working Designs games (Silpheed The Lost Planet and Thunder Force V: Perfect System) and they're probably worth quite a bit in good condition, but my copy of TFV only has the CD and the case (which I may have somewhere...) and Silpheed has a somewhat banged up case.
Suikoden II (valued at $104.99) - I paid like 40 bucks for this brand new many years ago and it's still in mint condition. Having said that though I have no intension of selling it.
MegaMan Legends 2 ($68.34) - Another one I paid minimul price for (I think 20 bucks) and another I have no desire to part with.
Persona 1 (PSone) ($50.00) - I paid less for it, but it's safe to say it's not rare any more.
I'll have to look at my other stuff later, but PSone is the oldest games I still own...
Gamecube - Tales of Symphonia ($18.00)
Genesis - Golden Axe III ($26.00)
Wii - One Piece Unlimited Adventure ($56.00)
PS1 - Team Buddies ($70.50)
PSP - Harvest Moon Hero of Leaf Valley ($29.00)
Using that list I end up with:
Wii: Donkey Kong Country Returns ($34.15)
Gamecube: Phantasy Star Online ($49.99)
N64: Mario Kart 64 ($17.10)
SNES: Super Nintendo System ($45.94) and Zombies Ate My Neighbors ($14.90)
DS: Pokemon Black ($33.66)
Gameboy Advance: Pokemon Fire Red w/ Wireless Adaptor ($38.05)
Gameboy Color: Pokemon Crystal ($19.00)
Metroid Prime Trilogy ($64.00)
There were some titles I could not find on that list.

Rock Band. I must of spent at least $300 on song add-ons alone.

Tales of Vesperia PS3 Import; $90.50
And most recently Disgaea 4 NISA Edition; $107.00
The most I've spent on games is probably about 40.00 for a single copy.
.Hack//Quarantine - 40.00 (used)
Ico - 30.00 (used)
If you see someone without a smile, give them one of yours.
So far the most expensive game I have was Aria the Origination for the PS2. It was a limited edition going for around $135 dollars.
I also have the limited releases of Fate/Unlimited Codes and Suzumiya Haruhi no Tomadoi which were a little pricey as well.
