Ok, If I were to subscribe monthly to this service, will I get access to EP49 and beyond of Fairytail? Preferably without commercials. I only have a net book and I don't own a dvd player as of yet, so buying dvds is useless to me, and I don't know if you sell them per episode or not. So, Will I have access to the other episodes?

Funimation does not yet have those episodes up on the service, but once they are up, yes you will be able watch them without commercials. Funimation is currently dubbing Season 2 of Fairy Tail, and there has been no announcement as to when they will be put up online.
