Re: Roku support?

I've been watching a lot of anime on Hulu Plus waiting on this app to come out. But had a question....all the anime (or maybe just everything I have watched) has been Subbed, while I don't mind this too much I do miss some things that happen because I'm busy reading. Are most of the anime in the Funimation Elite mostly subbed or dubbed? I want to find a source of a large amount of dubbed anime.

Also, Hulu Plus doesn't tell you if it's subbed or dubbed, you just hit play and see what comes up. Also Hulu Plus has subbed anime that has been dubbed and played on Adult Swim several years ago - what's up with that? I would have thought they would have the dubbed version as well.

Most of the anime in Funimation's library is dubbed unless it's brand new in which case they will post the subs. Mostly the simulcast stuff or very recently released stuff are the only one's that are available in a sub only format. However, there are those that are dubbed that are only available to elite subscription holders.

I wouldn't say that it only has to be new for it to be subbed. FUNimation has really stepped up their game in bringing many of the titles subbed as well as dubbed. The fact does remain, that they do indeed provide many titles dubbed, so those of you who like that, will enjoy their service even more.

So far so good. Channel seems fairly smooth. Everything is loading fine and the HD looks good...

This makes me extremely happy...especially considering I have tomorrow off :D.

I'm impressed with it. Navigation speed is quick, I like the setup of selecting show, then dub/sub, then video quality and the video quality is great (at least on Black Lagoon ep 1 in HD....what other show could I have broken it in with?) It looks better than my DVD sets even after my blu ray player upscales them
