This post is regarding the creation of video anime/manga reviews, fair-use copyright laws, and sponsorship for joining the Youtube Partnership program.
I am basically interesting in creating video anime reviews using video clips and sound bytes with commentary as per the fair-use copyright law.
I was wondering if there was some type of network that sponsors anime/manga reviewers in a method similar to TGS r Machinima, in which you partner with the network and a chunk of the revenue from your video goes to the network and the company that owns the rights to the content your covering for licensing?
If not has anyone heard of any plans from Funimation or any other license holders forming some sort of Youtube Partner sponsorship program. I would imagine that doing so would benefit Funimation and any other company. It's essential free advertising in addition to added revenue. More likely then not the individuals that watch funimation youtube content watch other popular anime reviewers channels so they could potentially multiply the ad revenue they receive in addition to getting useful feedback and suggestions from the anime community.

Good luck with that.
I hope you get a response to your post from Funimation.
