Nothing definite, the only maybe is Fractale if I can get it for 47% off or greater (beating TRSI essentially). Would buy Panty and Stocking but lack of BD kills all my interest in the title.
Rightstuf has panty and stocking listed as dvd only LE. So is it dvd only or is this your standard blu ray dvd combo? I'm not going to be preordering a dvd only LE.
Part of this reasoning is BECAUSE of the bad handling funimation has done with a select number of titles and their releases.
One of the specifics is one of the items released in July: Strike witches. Blu ray should have been, in my opinion, offered up front with the first release, not this rerelease kicking the people who did buy the original one down.
Same goes for my Black butler season 1 set I picked up. I have yet to hear ANYTHING about why they did such a horrid job on the releases and THE reason why I have not picked up season 2 yet. I own the original 2 part dvd release, it won't work with the season 2 LE set and I'm not rebuying season one just for that.
It's a dirty tactic that I won't be offering my money to.
Make panty and stocking a blu ray/dvd combo LE and I'll preorder it instantly.
Till then it looks like the only one I'll be picking up is the FMA brotherhood set 2.
These are what I am thinking about getting, but not 100% sure yet.
Glad to see the Geneon backlog clear out though. Hoping for Hellsing and others soon.
Panty & Stocking with Garterbelt DVD ??? Not blu ray? And for barely any cheaper? If this is the trend that FUNi is going with I fear for the future of US anime. It would be nice to hear some explanation as to why this decision was made. Sadly I expect it to be like with Heavens lost property forte and continued silence will be the answer. Maybe someday they will care about the consumer . In the meantime my money will stay with me until a blu ray release is available.

If your going to complain like a spoiled child, at least get your information right first. Funimation wanted to release P&SG on a DVD/BD combo pack but the company that owns the property in Japan KADOKAWA refused to let Funimation or any company that acquired the series outside of Japan make Blu-Ray's for the show due to their fear of reverse importation. Theres a thread in the anime section that explains it all, might want to got check it out.
Funimation DOES care about its fans and consumers, but they are mearly distributors of foreign media, in the end if the owner in Japan says they can or can't do something, they have no choice but to yield.
Update: Full Solicits now up! JLA can add pre-order links as they come-up. (If thats OK with you that is.)
