If you would have gone to the correct forum first, you would found out that FUNImation has stated they want to finish it but episodes 52-103 are not licensed yet due to issues with Dentsu.
Its normal that most would just start a thread when they have a question. But with a littl poking around you might just find that your question has already been answered. But its like jlaking said. Some issues with Dentsu has been holding funi back form getting the last half of D Gray-man.
