EDIT:
My apologies. I re-read the Twitter for the movie, and it appears I was premature and mistaken at this point (thank goodness!). There will be a completely NEW list of theaters starting tomorrow. My previous statements, in brackets, were just reminders of the previously announced theaters, if I understand right. Still, I hope I can have a legit chance to see Trigun on the big screen.
Honestly, I hope this isn't it. I'll be disappointed. There's no real extension, even to those cities that have put in a good amount of requests through Eventful, the reported request center for this. I mean, Omaha didn't get EVA 2.0, and now it's not getting Trigun:BR? Omaha got Sword of Stranger, a much lower profile (albeit quality) anime film, so what gives? Please, spread the love. (This world is made of "love and peace," after all!)]
I was very happy with the screening they had at the Houston Alamo Drafthouse this past Saturday night. It was an enjoyable film and FUNimation even provided giveaway promotional mini-posters (in addition to giving away a few different DVD and Blu-Ray sets). Now that I've seen the subbed version, I'm looking for to the dub version come September 27th.
I hope there's gonna be more theater locations because I want to see it so bad >.<

Just in case no one saw but here a list of where the film will be playing in the US. Hopefully its somewhere near where you live.

San Antonio
Thanks so much for the info hope I can go not shore yet!
Checking this out on Friday with some friends, we're hoping that there will be enough of us to fill up the special viewing room at the local theater.
If it has a plot then I have something to say about it!
I think it's pretty lame Cleveland is only getting the subbed version. D:

Inconclusive: [A few theaters listed, but it's very similar to before: http://twitter.com/#!/Trigun_Official
(CA, AZ, OR, DC--not very good reach).

We'll show it at FUNimation At The Movies in Lewisville after the official theatrical run.

This is my favorite thing to do on the forum:
Last theaters announced, and no can do. I guess I'll be waiting for the DVD (again).
Congrats to those who got it. Enjoy.
