Not to sure what this section entails but I just thought I'd throw out a response anyway
I could not make it to a Summer Wars screening location and I would commit mayhem to be able to see Evangelion in theaters. I know that FathomEvents simulcasts to many theaters all over so I don't get why we don't see more of that usage. I know its probably something to do with licensing but it would probably make for more even distribution or something. When the Eureka movie used that method it was incredible.

Ya know there is a solution for this...getting the dvd/blu ray.
Joking aside, just contact your movie theater next time something like this comes up and I am sure they will try carrying it.
I contacted my movie theater about the Summer Wars showing, but there was an unfortunate lack of interest.
We've used Fathom in the past actually, but the powers that be decided to go with a different theater distribution company for Eva and Summer Wars. I'm sure they had their reasons.
Such a shame! I have the DVD but nothing beats a huge screen with rocking sound. If there's ever a vote put me in for a return to Fathom.
I second a return to Fathom too because one of my town's theaters finally got a deal with them. ^_^

Would LOVE to see the Goemon release in a theater. Though I've said I'm not much of a theater-phile, I would make that happen.
Evangelion was released in my local theater but I nobody could go with me...
I can't wait to see if they're gonna have the Trigun movie in theaters, though. I am for sure going to see that one if I can!!
=^,,^=
I wish I could see Summer Wars. It looked so good.
Luckily enough, I was able to go see both Summer Wars and Evangelion 2.0 in theaters!!!
Alamo Drafthouse is da bomb. Hope to see more awesome movies in theaters in the future! It just enhances the experience like nothing else can
I know i would to watch summer wars in the moive theaters. But hey what cen you do about it. I've seen it though.
He told me...that which is incomplete seeks completion...yet...that which is incomplete is no better than that which is complete. Do you understand?
