My ship would be named after my World of Warcraft guild: Tempest, and my crew would be everyone in my guild. Sylvi the captain with Lachez the first mate. Our crew doctors would totally be our healers, Crzed, Tedia and Vex. Fizziks and I would be shipwrights because we looooove Engineering toys. Takilla is always a Hunter, so he'd have to be a sharp shooter. Everyone is too weird to categorized, but we'd make it work!!
Hmmm this would be a hard one for me. I would name my ship the Thousand Wind Striker. The ship would not be too big but enough room to carry a crew of 15 or 20 comfortably. The ship would be made out of a strong wood and a brig sloop class ship. Like both the Going Merry and the Thousand Sunny it has huge masts give the ship extreme maneuverability. Below deck here are three levels, the lowest level is used to hold the meats and the food that has to be kept cold to hold it for long periods of time. The second lowest level is where the crew would sleep along with the captain's room, Kitchen, and three other rooms for living space. The second top level has the cannons faced to either side of the ship, the crates of cannon balls, gun powder, muskets, swords, and any weapon's the crew chooses to use along with an assortment of dials from Skypia. The deck the crow's nest a single room that has a half kitchen and table and two benches on either side of the table.
Where I would be in the crew, I would be the "First Mate" swordsmen. I don't know who I would follow. Someone would need to have a dream that I would come to believe in and fight for. Would you join me on my day by day adventure, to find your dream? Lets go and Head off to a new day, a new adventure!

The last individual who will join my crew is Aokiji. He will come in handy with my crews one weakness; the sea! Whenever we're forced to battle at sea, he can freeze over the water ensuring an easy victory.

The name though is because it shall always be sailing, seeing every blue sea on the world and we shall protect it so it will experience every adventure. As for my crew first i would say my friend Joey because we are fans of the show and we often say how cool it would be sail around like that and friends are just as precious as treasure! Next i have to say Zoro because even though he can be harsh he will protect the crew and is a powerhouse! Next i know this is a little cheap but if i could, i would love to have Sanji too because you need a cook and he is also my favorite character. We would also have to find a navigator but as long as we are sailing together nothing shall stop us! Lastly in my crew would be anyone who i think should join on the adventure if they value and protect the crew that is good enough! We should sail to the new world and maybe my ship my even see white seas if we make it to Skypeia!
Being the avid One Piece fan that i am, i would have to form a crew that would parallel Luffy's and have a reasonable
chance of standing a chance. The only way to do that is to form a crew that contains the same criteria that Luffy, Blackbeard,
and Shank's crew have...a captain, a swordsman, a cook, a sharpshooter, a navigator, a cook, a doctor, an archaeologist (not sure is Shanks or BB
have one), a shipwright, and a musician.
If i were to form a crew to accomplish this goal, i would choose these people. To keep it simple and interesting, ill stick with anime

Sure he may only have one sword, but he has confidence and has no problem running into a group of enemies where he is completely outnumbered and has doubt he will win. My crew would need a swordsman like that, just as Zoro is f that nature for Luffy.)
Navigator - Nami from One Piece (out of all the shows i've seen, she is the only one who truly knows her way around a map, and can predict the weather)
Sharpshooter - Vash the Stampede from Trigun (this man knows his way around a gun. unlike many other anime characters, he always hits his target right on the mark. sure he isn't exactly human, but can we really call anyone who has swallowed a devil fruit a true human? He is also very good with evasive/defensive maneuvers, which in a large battle would greatly benefit my crew.)
Cook - Red Foot Zeff from One Piece(Normally people would pick Sanji from One Piece, but who better to cook meals than the man that taught him everything he knows?)
Doctor - Lady Tsunade from Naruto/Naruto Shippuden (she has the capability of medical ninjutsu and also has a vast knowledge of medicine just as chopper does. The ninjutsu might give her the advantage over many other medics)
Archaeologist - Robin from One Piece (not many anime characters fit this criteria. She would be quite useful in the fact that she has a vast knowledge of the past and is able to log any activity just as good as Nami. We've also seen instances such as in the Davy Back Fights that she can take in a great amount of information at a time, which if we were to plunder a ship or raid a land, and useful information could be gathered quite quickly.)
Shipwright - Franky from One Piece (i'm sure everyone saw this coming. Franky lives and breathes the will of a shipwright. His master Tom created the Oro Jackson, which was an incredibly powerful ship owned by the pirate king Gold Roger. Franky, living up to his mentor, mirrored the same actions and created one hell of a ship, the Thousand Sunny, with weapons and gadgets galore. With all his trial and error experience with ship building, i would gladly have him craft and manage my ship.)
Musician - Brooke from One Piece (i'm sure many people saw this coming, but Brooke would have every reason to be on my crew. Brooke is able to play just about every instrument, which depending on the mood, can raise the spirits of everyone else. one of the big reasons i chose Brooke and not another musician from another show is because he also doubles as a swordsman. Sure i chose Mugen as my main swordsman, but having an outstanding musician double as a decent swordsman couldn't hurt my chances in battle. The 2 skill combination is perfect for just about any crew.)
And just to take it a bit further...
Scientist/Inventor - Dr. Brief or Bulma (both technically can fill this position) from DB/DBZ (this isn't a crew mate that Luffy has on his crew, but it would be a great addition to the crew. Yes, Usopp and Franky for the time being take up this position, but then again, Usopp was a shipwright until Franky came along, so it's only fair. I feel Dr. Brief or Bulma would be a great candidate because as seen in DBZ, their vast knowledge of gadgets is astounding. They create inventions that prove to be quite useful in the future, which is shown in Trunk's future and when he comes back to warn the gang about the androids. I feel we've only seen a small glimpse of what Capsule Corp is capable of, but it couldn't hurt to have someone who can make great technological additions to the ship. If we placed y ship in the One Piece time period, anything Brief or Bulma could come up with would help beyond any gadgets any other crew might have.
This could be my ideal crew, as well as my ship which i mentioned earlier. Sure Luffy's crew has a vast range of Devil Fruit users, but i feel the crew i came up with would have a chance against them. We haven't seen the Straw Hats' true potentials quite yet, but for now, I'd say this group would suffice and i would gladly sail the sea with each and every one of them.
I would name my ship The E.T. I am obsessed with extraterrestrials and genuinely believe that other life is out there, waiting for us to discover them. My friends Dylan, Quinn, Chris and Tom would be my crew. Together we would be known as the Green Bean Buccaneers! These people mean a lot to me. Without them i wouldn't be who i am today. They helped me get over the losses of family members, financial trouble, and have always been there for me through thick and thin and are always by my side. Not to mention they are all strong, emotionally, physically and mentally. We would battle ferocious Dolphin people and save mermaids from ice breathing dragons! We would find legendary treasures and discover unknown islands and battle unknown creatures! We would sail to new heights and travel maybe to other planets to sail the seas of Neptune or the springs of the Moon! nothing is impossible when it comes to being a pirate and we would complete the improbable, see the unfathomable and do what is considered impossible!
