My ship's name would be The Death Bringer because it sounds like trouble.
My swordsman would definitely be Zoro. As awesome as Mihawk is... Zoro is just too much of a badass. I would give Zoro a GPS though.
My navigator would be Nami. She's lovely and I'm a sucker for redheads .
My sniper would be post-2 year break Usopp. Van Augur seems to be the best option but I need my crew to have a sense of humor.
I'd want my shipwright to be Tom. He made the ship of the pirate king and he does everything with a don!
I'd want Law to be my ship's doctor.
Robin as my archeologist.
I'd want Rayleigh, Perona on my crew too and also Shirahoshi to control the Sea Kings.
The name of my ship would be called the "Culinary Almighty." My crew would consist of Sanji, Gordon Ramsey, my sister, Luffy, Robin and Nami of course , and any other straw hat pirates that would want to join. If there are people along our journey that want to join then they shall. It would be the greatest cuisine ship ever to sail the Grand Line. We would have the greatest chefs who are also great fighters. I would want Luffy on there because he would be a terrific captain even though it might not be too successful having Luffy on a food boat, but oh well. Let's set sail!

Captain: ME! Of course, a girl captain is just how it should be - I would have to carry a pair of kodachi swords and a bow and arrow as my weapons of choice.
Saito - My trusty wolf! Would be my ace in the hole to strike my enemies out of the shadows First mate: Joseph - One of my best friends, hes totally UNreliable in battle and would be great for comic relief, but he's smart and would be good with the small details, like keeping the ship stocked and maintained. He'd carry a katana sword and may even surprise some enemies with sneak attacks. Medic: Aly - Another one of my best friends, she knows anything and everything about medicine. She and I fight like cats and dogs, but we always come up with top notch plans and get the job done right! She would fight with an unbreakable chain she carries on her waist, capable of lassoing anything! Chef: Rania - ANOTHER one of my best friends, she can cook ANYTHING and it'll be delicious. She would keep us all strong and healthy. She would fight with an array of small chef's knives that she tosses with FIERCE accuracy. Defense Specialist: Edward Elric - From Full Metal Alchemist Brotherhood, his alchemy and smarts would make him the perfect defense specialist to defend our ship and crew! Attack Specialist: Kurama - From Yu Yu Hakusho, his smarts would be great with tactical stuff and im sure he could think up a way out of any situation making our crew unstoppable! Navigator: Kyoya Ootori - From Ouran High School Host Club, his work ethic would keep us on track and his smarts would ensure the most efficient course! Plus, i'm sure he could rope in any slackers he finds being lazy on deck. Snipper: Casshern - From Casshern Sins, his speed would give us an edge without a doubt. There would be no way for anyone to sneak up on him or any other member of the crew with him around. Doctor: Katara - Magic hydromancy powers for offense and healing. Experienced with long-distance sea travel.
Shipwright: Okabe Rintarou - The dude can build a time machine out of a microwave, he can fix a boat.
Tactician: Lelouch vi Britannia - No perilous journey is complete without master planner. Magic eye powers help too.
Sharpshooter: Revy - Already experienced with sea travel and deadly with all manner of firearms.
Musician: Yuki Nagato - Shreds guitar like a boss.

My ships name would be the flushing toilet and I would only have a couple of people but not real people of course because people suck. Of course i would have luffy because he's really entertaining and zoro because he's so badass. I would talk along nami and robin because every crew needs strong and smart females. This can't be complete without cute little chopper too. Not usopp because he's pathetic and worthless and no sanji because he will mess with my precious zoro. Everyone's bounty must be lower than mine and if they try to upstage me I will execute them.
Well my first choice would join up with the Straw Hats, but if that couldn't happen lets see.

The entertainer would be a masked jester who cannot speak, he would balance on a ball even when he fights, and he goes by the name of Holmes. We would have an archer who cannot use his legs and therefor is in a wheelchair, but he always hits the bullseye; his name is Hank Hoodie.
We would be the Short Stuff pirates, and our ship would be the mighty Hydra. A ship with three snake heads in the front that can fire a different thing in each one. The left snake head can shoot a cannon balls at a rapid pace. The middle head fires a grappling hood. And the right head fires confetti cause everyone loves to party.
