Naos, a friend who I consider a brother, is another great sharp shooter and is top notch in hand to hand combat due to previous military training. Weapon of choice is a sniper rifle.

Muscian: Michiru Kaioh (Sailor Moon) Good Violinist and can kick butt.
Scientist/Inventor: Kululu (Sgt. Frog) everyone needs a crazy inventor around. Tony Stark (Marvel) all though he has an ego bigger than the ship; he is a very good inventor and a genius. Nathen Stark (Eureka) A genius as well, has more of a science background. I think he might also have a medical background as well.
Stragiest: L (Death Note) Genius.
Fighters: Sebastian (Black Butler) Powerful demon. Mori and Hunni (OHSHC) they kick butt. Russia/ Ivan (Hetailia) he has a very powerful high five. Sesshomaru (Inuyasha) Another powerful demon.

My ship would be named The Colt, which is fitting considering it's named after a gun that can kill nearly anything in existence.
The Winchester brothers would be my first recruited teammates (after they got done with the whole saving-the-world-daily thing), and together we would scour the seas for gold, brutally cutting down anyone ignorant enough to stand in our way.
Of course Bobby would tag along, being concerned for our safety and not willing to pass up the chance to call us "idjits" every time we screwed up. He would serve as our doctor.
Eventually during our travels, we would run across Castiel, who would insist on acting as our lookout/bodyguard. He's also the eye candy, because every crew needs that.
We would come across the powerful pirate king Crowley, who we would then defeat and force to be our indentured servant, even though eventually he grows to like us and makes sure we're in his debt at all times.
Ash would be the navigator, and also the comic relief. Being a pirate can be hard sometimes.
And last but not least, I would recruit fake psychic detective Shawn Spencer, because he would be able to spot the nearly unnoticeable weaknesses and flaws of our enemies. Gus wouldn't come because he's essentially useless.
We might have to get Jodie Mills, just because I think she can cook.
The most obvious person I'd take with me on my ship is the Doctor, because besides the fact that he could make the inside of my ship so much bigger on the inside, he also has an uncanny and crazy ability to get out of dangerous situations... Oh, and we could travel all through time and space with his ship renovations, no big deal. So First Mate/Adviser=the Doctor, that's a good idea. (Preferably the Tennant-regeneration if he's available, but the Eleventh Doctor would be super fun/comical too.)
I would also bring Harry, Ron, and Hermione, the amazing trio who I grew up with and would love to meet and hang out with and learn magic from! (I would obviously have gone and gotten a wand from Ollivander before we set sail.) Also Arya (from Game of Thrones) because she's one of the only characters I really love and who the author hasn't freakin' killed off yet... ((AS FAR AS I KNOW AT BOOK 5 DONT TELL ME DIFFERENT!)) She's got a great adventuresome and brave spirit, she needs some good friends.
Cooks and servants? House Elves of course!! Dobby was so cute, I'd treat his friends/family right. And omigoodness best magical never-ending food ever. Madame Pomfrey (again from Harry Potter) would be a great medic; she knows exactly how to fix you up right away, and no one ever hears any complaints or chiding from her about the ridiculous and reckless danger one gets into!
Although the Doctor has a no gun policy and he's all about saving people when he can, let's be honest: sometimes you definitely need swordsmen and snipers and whatnot. I'd take River Song (she's so funny and bad-ass), Eragon and Saphira, and maybe Altaïr (you never know when you'll need an assassin...).
