If I had a branch of sin ability it would be called the "iron maiden." I would start out my slicing a large cut into any part of my body. as the blood begins to pour it will spread around my entire body replicating the appearance of veins branching out all around my body. My blood has the ability to clot immediately at any opening in my body to prevent me from bleeding out. These veins also serve as a defensive purpose and can not be easily broken. When I come in contact with my victim the farthest away I can be for my ability to work is around 15 ft. At close proximity hundreds of thick spikes jet out from my body impaling my victim in all sorts of places. These spikes can also be retracted back into the stream of veins that covered me. While the spikes are inside the victim the tips adsorb the blood and transfer in to its own flow of spikes making the reach of the spikes even longer and my defensive even more powerful.
My brain of sin would be a giant syringe. I would use it to take blood from my opponents. With their blood I would squirt it back at them which would come out as deadly spikes.
My branch of sin would allow me to heat my blood into a gaseous state and send it into my opponent. After it enters their body it would make it into their bloodstream and then it would turn their blood against them. The blood would begin shutting down their major organs until they died. After they were dead I would be able to absorb their tainted blood to speed up my recovery time.

Mine would be called "Atomization". It gives me the ability to divide the individual components of the blood in order to use each of them to my advantage. The platelets and proteins of my blood can enter another person's body through an open wound or attack blood that has already left the persons body (by clotting their blood). This greatly reduces or stops any other person's branch of sin and slows down their body. I'm then able to gather trace amounts of iron from my blood and create projectiles that can pierce the persons body to injure them or kill them. The white blood cells can be used to attack the person's immune system which will weaken the opponent throughout the duration of the battle. The end all attack would be using the clotting ability to clot blood directly in the opponents heart, killing them within seconds.
My branch of sin ability would let me either shoot razor sharp needle like objects from my palm or turn the same objects into razor sharp claws that form out of cuts on my fingertips. I would call my power "tips of death" or something along those lines.
