I would want to be awoken by a gentle caress of my face and a bowl full of oatmeal for breakfast, then for my daily clothing to be layed out infront of me.
If I had a butler that looked like Sebastian or Claude, I would want him to wake me up by first saying "Good morning my lady. It's time to rise and shine." Then after I was ready, he would bring me my breakfast, tell me the weather, my plans for the day, have a conversation, clean up, kiss me on my forehead, then say "I shall see you when you are ready my lady," then leave.
Man, if only there were butlers like Sebastian or Claude....my life would be far from boring, that's for sure
If it was just any ordinary butler, I would leave out the kiss my forehead part, lol!!

The perfect way to be woken by a Butler for me would be to hear a beautiful piece on the piano followed by a gentle "Time to wake up Mistress." Then breakfast in bed accompanied by beautiful music while I eat and a set schedule for the day as well as a hot bubble bath and clean clothes that fit my style perfectly. I'm sure my Butler could do all that!
If I had a wonderful butler to wake me up in the morning, I'd love for him to cosplay as maneki-neko, cat ears and all. He would gently scratch at my face, and be able to constantly "meow" and "purrrr" to my mornings desire.

I would want him to wake me up with a punch to the face, and then engage me in fisticuffs! Afterwards, we would mull over the fight with Earl Grey tea and crumpets! My butler must be a hell of a fighter!
If I had a butler for a day I would want him to wake me up with a cup of earl grey tea with rose petals. Then tell me what my schedule for the day is and prepare my brekfast later when I'm dressed for the day and drive me to school.
