I'd have him let me wake up on my own, but afterwards, I would call for him to enter my room where he can proceed to let me know what is going on in the world, make me the perfect cup of chai, and I'd just enjoy having someone to have a snarky conversation with to get me ready for the day.

I would love it if he would come in with my favorite breakfast, a rose, and wake me to do the Tango with him before I had to get dressed!! What an awesome way to wake up!!
Yesterday night was pleasant. Another criminal down, now some earl grey to wash the blood away.

I would like for him to tap my shoulder and say, "Mistress, it is time to wake up." In a gentle tone. He would then hand me a nice, tall glass of chocolate milk and a yummy breakfast such as eggs, French toast, or waffles. He would then explain what I would be doing for the day and set out my clothes. If I didn't want to wake up at first, he would try to wake me up every 5-10 minutes if there was no rush to get up.
