I don't think NJ gets any other service provider that provides Funimation other than Verizon the other services either don't exist or aren't available atm in NJ O_O;;;
I have one thing to say Verizon. My name is Christopher Ritchey and i have lots of friends waiting to get fios on one thing. if u don't know what that is its Funimation. If Funimation goes away fios will probably suck. And to be honest i think everyone will agree with me on this anyone who watches fios. I wish u would keep it. It's one of my favorite channel its my number one. So if you get rid of Funimation i probably with have nothing to watch on fios. Thats all i have to say. Don't get rid of Funimation.
Ok everybody I got the email and I was sooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooo pissed. This channel is literally the only thing I watch (no seriously im watching B Gata H Kei right now)but back on topic if you've seen the movie summer wars this is a war between fios and us. We are the Ginouchi's and verision's the tokugawa army except if we get the word out it won't work out like you think, we'll win and verison will lose except we can't sit down on our asses and have someone esle do it we have to win working as hard as we can. No slacking because slackers never save anything so all slacking people get off your ass and call verision and give em a one for!
I totally understand FIOS. I just got FIOS last month. Since then I could not find adequate scheduling information that would allow me to start watching any Anime. In Fact the Funimation Chanel website is still showing what to watch in January. Since most Anime are series and I can not see when a series starts I haven't watched any, even though I would have liked to. If Funimation would have been diligent with the show scheduling information, this probably wouldn't have happened.
To those contacting FiOS about dropping them if they drop the FUNimation Channel, also tell them that you will not recommend their service to others. Give them an extra incentive to not drop the FUNimation Channel.
I just talked to a verizon rep. Everyone needs to email them through the contact us link on the verizon homepage and tell them you don't want the channel dropped. I called Verizon to complain and emailed them some pretty negative stuff since they announced this... But keep something in mind guys: the website will still be up, as will the FUNimation mobile app by the end of March. Our content will still exist, just use other methods of getting your anime if we lose the channel :-Q
