Least favorite? Envy.
I'm not all that fond of Mei, Winry, Alphonse (CoS excluded), Izumi or Scar, either. *forever hated by the rest of the fanbase*
He's more of a 'totally loathed' character for me rather than a least favorite, but...Shou Tucker. I think it goes without saying why I hate him. *burns with rage*

I'll agree with you Gyt. I hate Tucker so much.
Let's see, I also dislike Sloth, Yoki, and Gluttony (both series). I used to dislike Mei and the other Xingese characters, but they grew on me over time.

I didn't like Mei just cause she's so anime-cliche cute-character-with-a-small-animal. Bugs me.
My least favorite character is Scar. I think his personality and character appearance is rather boring.
Shou Tucker without a doubt, Envy, and Führer Bradley.

I've so far disliked any character that's gotten into Ed and Al's way. I don't like any of the humonculus (Greed might be okay), I didn't like Lyra, didn't like Shou Tucker, didn't like really any bad guy, thought the one guy, Barry, really entertained me with his whole act. My least favourite character in the entire series would have to be Envy or in the beginning, Cornello.
It might have been better for me to list the characters that I actually do like in FMA, rather than try to list all the ones I dislike.
I honestly detest all of the Homunculus, and most of the State Alchemists, I despise Scar in all ways known to man; Roy gets on my very last nerve, but at least he is cool about it.
I guess the only characters that I really don't dislike are Winry, Hawkeye, and Alphonse... the rest are sort of just there to piss me off in some way.
