I completely missed that footprint, and I must have played this scene over and over again a dozen times. I probably thought it was a highlight or a pocket or something.
I went back and replayed episode 6 to see for myself. You can actually see it twice. The first time is when Sousouke notices Kurz lying alone on his face. The second time is when he's kneeling beside Kurz. He's in position to make sure the footprint isn't hidden behind him.
In order for her to kick him with her left foot like that, she would have had to stand up from where she was kneeling and given it a monster penalty shot with a long windup.
Considering what happens in reality, I'd happily accept even a footprint from Kaname Chidori anytime.
