That's easy Louis el Bridget however the anime doesn't show the arc where Satellizer and him are reunited (unless there's a season 2) and you REALLY hate him more than the childhood flashbacks (in season 1).

Miyabi Kannazuki is also an unlikeable character (personality wise).

After reading the manga I realized the anime actually toned down a certain violence scene involving her. Still got her "just desserts" in both versions but less so in the anime
