Has anyone looked at the trailer and the caption, 'The dress code is about to be violated'?
Neither has nothing to do about Freezing and what the story is about. It's not about Satelilite defending Kayuza from other girls, nor about the dress code. It is more about the fights between NOVA and these schools and how they get the students prepared. Funimation should come up with at better caption and trailers 
Shades of Sekirei..."Boobies for the win!", or
"Cat Planetr Cuties, or the alleged debaucle with Shuffle (Goddess Panties anyone?)
It's all for the marketing and has nothing to do with the content.
Fan service sells!
Unfortunately Funimation doesn't seem to care when it comes to fanservice titles; even if they do have more likable characters and better plots than other shows the brand managers gush over...
As long as there's tits in the show Funimation will only focus on that when promoting it, whether or not it makes the show misleading
Yes it's annoying as a fan but as long as it sells well I guess we should be happy.
