Select this option if you would like your search to look in the text of FAQ items as well as their titles.

Select an option here to specify how you would like your search query to be treated. 'Any words' will return the most numerous but possibly least relevant results, while 'Complete phrase' will return only results that contain exactly what you are searching for.

Where do I go for support if something isn't working?

If a question isn't already answered in the FAQ, then please visit the Support page and fill out the form. Under "Reason for Contact", please choose the reason most closely related to the issue that you are experiencing.

How do I report a website issue?

Visit our Support page. Fill out the form. Under "Reason for Contact", choose an option in the Technical section that best fits the issue that you are reporting.

I forgot my password. How do I reset it?

  1. Go to www.funimation.com/login. Click on the "Forgot password?" link.
  2. Enter your email address in the box that appears and click on the Request Username / Password Now button.
  3. Check your email for the reset password link. If you do not see the email, then please check your spam folder and spam filters.
  4. Click on the link in the email that you receive. You will be redirected to a page with instructions and should have a second email with a temporary password. If you do not receive the second email within 10 minutes, please click on "Forgot password?" again and repeat the forgot password process. You may need to whitelist "@funimation.com" and "@group1200.com" in your email account.
  5. Please use this temporary password and your email address to log in to the website.
  6. Visit your Account to change your password.
  7. Please enter your password from the email as the Current Password. Then create a new password and enter it into the New Password and Confirm Password fields. As the password from the email is temporary, once you use it to log in and change your password, the temporary password will no longer be valid. If you get stuck in the reset process and/or see an error "Current Password is wrong", start over with the 'forgot password' process.

How do I search?

To search, type your search terms in the search bar located in the site header at the top of any page, and either click next to the magnifying glass icon or hit the "Enter" key. You will be taken to a page of results for the terms you entered. You may filter your search results first by Web or by Image by clicking on the tabs. You can further filter these results by clicking on the links just beneath the Web and Image tabs - Shows, Videos, Products, Forum, and Blog. Search results are sorted by relevancy. If the search terms you have chosen pull too many results, you can narrow the results down by putting your search terms in quotes.

What are the website and video player system requirements?

To watch streaming FUNimation.com videos on your computer, you will need:

  • Adobe Flash Player 10.0.32 or above
  • Internet Explorer 9.0 or above, Firefox 12.0 or above, Safari 6.0 or above, or Chrome
  • Microsoft Windows 7 or above, Macintosh OS X 10.7 Lion or above, or Linux
  • JavaScript and Cookies enabled
  • A broadband internet connection with a downstream of over 2Mbps for standard definition videos or at least 4 Mbps for high definition videos

How do I add shows to my Queue?

You can do this in three ways - from the Add to Queue link found under some show thumbnails, from any video thumbnail or show thumbnail on the site and from your Queue page in your profile.

To add a show to your Queue from the Add to Queue link, go to the Watch page, to the Simulcasts page, or to the Simulcast Shows page. Click on "Add to Queue" underneath the show thumbnail for the show you would like to add. A green success message will display if you were successful in adding the show to your Queue.

To add a show to your Queue from a video thumbnail or from a show thumbnail, move your mouse over the thumbnail for the show that you would like to add. Click on the plus icon that appears over the thumbnail. A green success message will display if you were successful in adding the show to your Queue.

To add a show to your Queue from your Queue page, select a show from the Choose Show dropdown. Then click on "Add to Queue". The show will be added to your Queue.

How do I add a single video to my Queue?

It is not possible to add single videos to your Queue. However, you can make your own playlists of videos here: http://www.funimation.com/profile?#profile_my_stuff_playlist.

Can I add shows to my Queue that don't have any episodes or movie videos yet?

Yes, you can do this from the Show site by clicking on the + button on the right side of the page or directly from your Queue. To add a show that does not have any videos yet to your Queue from your Queue, click inside the Choose Show dropdown and start to type in the name of the show. It should appear in the dropdown. Click on the show. Then click on the Add to Queue button. The show will then appear in your Queue with a message that there are no videos available for this show yet. The show will update in your Queue automatically when videos are available. Be ready for each upcoming simulcast season by adding shows to your Queue as soon as we announce them!

How do I write a Show Review?

To write a Show Review, you must first have a free FUNimation.com account. Once you are logged into your account, visit the show site you are interested in and then click on the Reviews tab. Then click on the Write Review button. Complete all of the fields and rate the show. Click on the Publish button when you're done. It may take a few minutes before your review appears on the site.

Please note that all reviews are subject to FUNimation.com's Terms of Use. Any review can be edited or removed by FUNimation Staff without notice if the review is in violation.
