How do I return or get a replacement for something I bought through the FUNimation.com Shop?
If you have an account with us, please go to your Account page and click on the “Shop” tab. Make sure you are on the “Overview” tab. Then click on “Return Items”. Choose the item you would like to return and fill out the form.
What do I do if I bought one of your products from another retailer and want to get a replacement?
