Yes, the video player can be set to "SD", which stands for "Standard Definition". However, the actual lowest resolution the subscription video player can be set to is 480p, which is known as "Enhanced-definition", so no. The player will adjust the quality of the video to your internet connection. If you are having trouble playing the videos, please visit our support page and fill out the form. Under "Reason for Contact", choose "Video - Playback Issue".
