If you use a FUNimation.com gift card, it will only be applied to your first term's payment. After that you will need to update your payment method. Otherwise, your subscription will suspended until you renew and update your payment method.
Our payment processor is only putting an authorization charge on your account. The hold amount should be $0.00 if you signed up with a credit card or the full amount for your first term if you signed up with PayPal. If you notice a different amount, please email [email protected] as soon as possible.
If you cancel before the end of your trial, you will not be charged.
If you signed up with a credit card and notice that the authorization hold is more than $0.00 (or more than the amount of your first subscription term if you signed up with PayPal) or you have more than one authorization hold, you may have clicked the Submit button more than once during checkout. As long as you only have one username, you will not be charged more than once even if you have multiple order numbers.
After you have cancelled your subscription, your account will remain a subscriber until the end of your subscription term. Then it will revert back to a regular account. You may renew your subscription at any time by clicking on the “Renew Elite Subscription” link located in the “Overview” section of the “Elite Video Subscription” section of your Account.
