Apparently there are official characters stats from some guidebook called Hokuto no Ken: Kyūkyoku Kaisetsusho: Seikimatsu Haō Retsuden.

Characters are judged based on:

- Level (AAA being the highest then AA, then A, then B, C, etc)
- Power (5 being the highest, 1 the lowest)
- Speed (5 being the highest, 1 the lowest)
- Skills (5 being the highest, 1 the lowest)
- Looks (5 being the highest, 1 the lowest)
- Charisma (5 being the highest, 1 the lowest)
