This past weeks chapter was action packed and illustrated remarkably well for whatever reason, it's as if the artist stepped up their game for this issue or something, everything was detailed to the max. Very cool! I loved the final few pages where Azuma basically lays out the challenge to Erza to show him how powerful she is, this should be a really fun fight once it gets underway and I'm guessing that there may be a major turning point in the story afterwards. I guess we'll see.....

Everyone in Fairy Tail who has that mark is now in peril, but Azuma is intentionally allowing Erza her strength.
Ultear tells Gray what's going on and Meredy helps a weakened Juvia. Hmm. [The latter not knowing why she does it, lol]
Erza goes at Azuma with all of her might, but falls a bit short at the end. Nice action.
Wow. Things aren't looking so hot for Erza. This is the only time I can recall her losing. Though that chest binding/hakama look with the sword and ponytail hairstyle certainly is a callback.
Nice to see how Jellal is faring in captivity.
Anxious to see what's happening next in next week's chapter since it can't be over.

Okay, this latest chapter was freakin awesome from beginning to end!
Azuma is one bad-ass antagonist. He may not be truly evil like some of the other Kin members, but he's still a worthy opponent.
Erza put up such a good fight and it was just exciting from beginning to end, which is why I love Erza's fights. But I actually thought she was gonna win with that "Armor-less" form with the Katana, but of course Azuma is leagues higher than Ikaruga so it makes sense that she lost.
Azuma is the perfect example of how the 7 Kin of Purgatory members are supposed to be. I hope RustyRose and Ultear get the same treatment from Mashima.
It's interesting to me that Mashima is continuing to stall Ultear and Gray's confrontation. It really does seem like she isn't playing Gray. I'm praying every week that she's still an antagonist. Please Mashima, don't make her turn out to be a protagonist.
It's weird that Hades's main goal was to get ahold of Zeref, yet Ultear has Zeref with her and she's stalling in the forest with Gray. I'm surprised Hades isn't wondering why Zeref hasn't been brought to him yet.
Interesting sightings have been happening in this Arc so far. First we get Luxus appearing at the end of a chapter a while back, then that mysterious kid at the end of a chapter 2 weeks ago, and now we get Jellal at the end of this week's chapter. Interesting that Mashima is showing these characters very briefly now. I wonder if Mashima is signifying something........!
Anyway, it was great to see Jellal again, even for that one page moment.
I can't really tell if Erza is defeated or if she's gonna get back up next week. But considering that Azuma defeated the Knight Armor, Purgatory Armor (Her strongest Armor), the "Armor-less" form, and alot of the other ones, I wonder what Armor she'll use if she gets back up.

Fantastic chapter of Fairy Tail this week complete with a kick butt battle between Erza and Azuma that ended in a great cliffhanger, I do hope Erza is alright....
I love how the whole chapter focused on them and the fight was drawn out with scenes of battle and scenes of discussion, it was a healthy mix that really made the overall feel of the encounter seem really important. Oh and by the way, I loved the seductive armor.....that was really, really nice.

Nice chapter. I loved the battle, and to be honest, I wasn't expecting Erza to lose. Erza could have possibly won if she used the new armor that she obtained, by stunning Azuma, and getting a quick finish, but of course plot had to get in the way and have her not use the armor just because she was scared of Lucy seeing it. Now the only people that could possibly stop Grimore Heart are those that don't bare the Fairy Tail Crest(i.e. Laxus, Jellal, possibly Merody, Ultear, or even Zeref). I can't wait until next chapter, and something is telling me that Erza is not quite done yet.

----All the random appearance of people ( Laxus, the Boy , and Jellal ) might be foreshadowing them coming to Fairy Tail's rescue since they are all pretty much down with that weakening thing Azuma casted.
Back again to Jellal I think he will be released from Jail once it gets revealed Ultear had been controlling him ever since he was a child. which I wonder how she did that in the first place, they seem to around the same age so did Ultear manipulate Jellal when she was a young girl o-o?!

Erza was just plain incredible. I thought Gerard would get out but alas. I cant believe Erza things hes not alive...anyway, epic chapter! You go girl, hawt as always.
