Re: fairy tail current manga discussion warning may include spoilers
I have an idea about Arcadios:
He might be trying to keep Lucy and Yukino alive for whatever he's plotting , as he needs them and their keys for this "eclipse" time travel thing. But that's just me speculating
Re: fairy tail current manga discussion warning may include spoilers
So I read the new chapter, just like the fight with Gray and Rufus it happened too fast, but either they pwned those so called wolves or whatever they're called.Plus, I got a question and hopefully I don't get hated for this:
Why is it that every woman over the age of 15 in Fairy Tail has to have big boobs?
I mean I don't mind it or anything but it seems like I see it happen to every new female character that is introduced in the story line. I would really like to hear all of your opinions on the matter.
Re: fairy tail current manga discussion warning may include spoilers
Not all of them do. Levy doesn't.
But to answer the question, probably just Mashima's artistic preference.
In regards to the chapter:
Not too much to say. As expected (and somewhat to my disappointment), the Fairy Tail group in the dungeon just catch their second wind and lay a curbstomp on the Executioners. [Not too surprised on Natsu's line of how they don't care if they have to take on Fiore or the whole world]
I will say that I probably liked Wendy's part the most, however. Loved her line of how she's the support of everyone (and has immunity to magic involving physical conditions), but she'll become a Sky Dragon when she herself has to fight.
Also liked seeing Pisces' true form (and Libra again). Funny how it's actually two beings, a woman and her son. [Kudos to Yukino and Lucy)
Didn't get to see Loke's new power yet. Another disappointment of mine.
A pretty nice chapter, though I'm not too fond of the direction it took.

Well, we get some more cryptic information for the POV with Natsu and the others. Apparently, Arcadios had a good luck charm.
Natsu and party then run into the mysterious woman....and of course, it cuts before we find out who she is. >.<
Then we see Hisui and we find out she's the true architect of the Eclipse Plan. She even made the gamble of putting Fairy Tail into the Hell Palace to rescue Arcadios when Datong had him sentenced without trial.
That's...quite the gambit on her part unless she knew the Order of Hungry Wolves wouldn't succeed in executing them.
We then hear Eclipse Plan 2 is the true version and if it's not enacted, the country will be destroyed the following day. Yikes.
We actually get back to the tournament.
Juvia is confronted by Chelia...who is apparently jealous of the affection Lyon has for Juvia.
Erza goes in expecting to fight Minerva, but Kagura is the one who showed up. Really been looking forward to this one. ^__^
Poor Mavis. Her prediction was off by a slight margin. Makarov has another funny reaction from seeing her tears as last time.
Minerva then pops in and we now have a threeway battle between the three strongest female fighters in the competition.
Many of us guessed Erza would fight Kagura or Minerva....but I don't think very many guessed that all three would throw down in the same match.
Re: fairy tail current manga discussion warning may include spoilers
The new chapter is up.
Minerva apparently has purple hair.
Well, we got a rather nice battle among the three top female competitors.
Funny how Chelia and Juvia are just tugging at each other's cheeks. Quite a small time quarrel. XD
Kagura got information about Erza from Millianna and is curious as to why Erza shelters Jellal anyway. (Of course, Kagura doesn't know the whole story)
Minerva's big attack was actually rather impressive.
However....the end of the fight's attention really burned me up. Minerva resorts to the dirty tactic of holding Erza and Kagura's mutual friend hostage. So she's not only a depraved, elitist psycho-b**ch, but she's also a dirty coward. -____-
Hisui and Datong talk about Eclipse and how it's the only way to save the country of Fiore from being destroyed. They then talk about her source who is herself from the future.
And with that, we finally get the identity of the mystery woman from the future: Future Lucy.
Quite a few fans (including me) definitely speculated a time-traveling Lucy, so bonus points for all involved in the guess. lol
An enjoyable chapter. Looking forward to next week.
I really thought that dude was crispy and was surprised to see him get saved

The only Robot Masters designed by Americans!

Yep the Erza thing was a curve ball to me. I am excited for the fight
No manga this week?
Mashima unfortunately tweeted that there would be no chapter this week for Fairy Tail

I sure hope the anime lasts long enough to make it to this battle.
Yeah I know it was Lucy the entire time.
