I'm suspicious of Michelle too, is she really related to Lucy or just part of a plan?
I haven't seen the anime recently since it's all filler, but I was on facebook and someone posted about how they think Michelle is Lucy's doll from when she was little.
@Luke: Not sure he quite qualifies or else every chessmaster type would fall under that. lol
The main separator being that his plans aren't convoluted to the lowest probability nor have they gone off without a hitch.
As for Mira, I'd love to see that form in the manga at some point. It wouldn't be the first anime-original content to show up in the manga.
@Navi: I wouldn't blow it off just because it's filler.
For one thing, it's pretty good quality like most of Fairy Tail's anime-original content.
And actually...ever since Mashima all but blatantly said it's all canon [he pretty much did], I wouldn't even call it filler at all despite fulfilling the primary purpose of widening the gap with the source material.
It's far more accurate to call an anime-original arc in the main story.

Anime of this sort works so much better when the mangaka works alongside the anime comfortably.

Oracions Seis make awesome bad guys (better than Hades IMO) and seeing them wreak havoc in this episode was great. I'm not real fussed on the slot machine guy, but the new Erigor is amazing. (Brainwashing?)
Kinana is up to some weird stuff, and I'm really looking forward to a scene between her and Cobra.
The dinosaur/minecraft guy seems like a fun character, and I'm seriously looking forward to his Rapture magic.
And the new teams are announced, glad they didn't go with the old natsu/gray/erza/lucy, and the small clip at the end of them fighting looks like the next episode will be great too.

Ah poor Mest, that girl whacked him cause she has a bust complex just like Wendy! I wonder if he could have put up a better fight against Racer if he was at the top of his game.

I also like how Cobra said that won't work on me again when referring to his battle with Natsu. But Erza is smarter than Natsu so if Cobra doesn't abandon the fight to go find Cuberos/Kinana
And what we all knew Michell Lobster is more than meets the eye. I think she is an Advanced version of the dolls that Laki and Gildarts have been fighting or even her spirit is in that dolls body.
I feel like they dropped the ball a bit on episode 143.
Seeing Mest/Dranbalt fight Racer was pretty cool, even if it was only for a bit. But missing the chance for Wendy to beat Erigor by going dragon force from eating his wind magic was a real shame.
I hope the fight with Cobra doesn't screw up, I really want to see his Poison Dragon Slayer magic again

The fights were entertaining and I did like the balance between action and story here.
It's kinda odd to see what's going on with the two different groups [Oracion Seis and Zentopia] and their motives.
The guy with the magic that makes one's magic power explode from within is still freaky.
Hmm. Seems Doranbolt has estranged himself from the Council/Rune Knights following what happened on Tenrou Island. That's interesting.
Juvia's fantasies are still hilarious. XD
