nice episode. the scene with ft being sent to edolas was very great animation nice job statelight if funi releases more i will absolutely love this scene on blu ray.
that part was also canon. some people call edolas the worst arc in the manga due to how long it is and the main antagonist being un interesting but other people say its one of the best arcs.
Has anyone else seen the OVA? Its about 50% anime original material but the service from the manga chapter is still there. Which I enjoyed. OP and ED were improvements from what the anime usually has.
I enjoyed the Edolas arc a lot more than the Nirvana arc, but its by no means the best arc. I can't really talk about why I enjoyed it here but I really hope that the anime staff don't screw up the Erza fight and the Dragon fight.
i just finished the oad and i got a few things to say. one major thing i noticed is it is un censored which means we get to see natsu punching with fire (f***ing Zaxal took its spot and now its getting censored as much as freaken 4piece ) another thing is they added in alot of fan service...un needed fan service though some of it like levy getting beaten up by erza was funny XD. also we now have a offical name for the purple hair girl and she is apparnelty a sadistic person who likes pain and suffering....thats surpriseing .
I really enjoyed the new episode, although half of it was filler...
The episode started off a little slow in my opinion, but once Natsu and Wendy got to the guild, the episode just turned completely and made a fantastic ending. One thing I noticed from this episode and last episode is that they used some of the opening clips in the actual episode, which I don't mind, but it kind of made me think that they were just being lazy...
I really can't wait until next episode! Just by looking at the preview, it looks like it will have the best animation from the Fairy Tail Animation Crew(Other Episodes he has done have been 40 and 60).
Another comment on the OVA: Erza's requip scene was what I was hoping to see from the anime since the start.
Does anyone remember if Fairy Tail has shown blood in the anime before? I don't remember it during the Galuna arc and if it hasn't appeared at all, the Erza and Levy scene from the OVA could be the first time the anime has shown blood.

...I've noticed no change in FT's content, even anime-wise.
really? well natsu no longer has fist of the iron dragon or lighting his fist with flames but now has red energy in it instead.
