Today, a freighter sails steadily onward towards the Special Zone, a place where vampires live freely in peace alongside humans, the troubles of the past long forgotten. Jiro Mochizuki and his little brother hide on board, stowaways hoping to jump the border to safety. But they soon find their ship under attack by the Suppression Team of the Order Coffin Company, the soldiers attempting to destroy any and all illegal vampiric refugees stashed away at sea.
