New Complete Series (Blu-ray/DVD Combo)??

I was getting ready to buy some series since its Black Friday/Cyber Monday but I am a little confused.

What is the difference between these 2 versions here?

Original Release
And
Dec 27th Release

Is it just one brings the DVD or is there more to it? hmm

The Dec 27 release is a re-release of the series but this time it is in a Combo pack form. Much like most if not all of funi's new series sets. It will have both a DVD ver and a Blue Ray ver in it. Outside the cover art. There is no real diffrence.
