Good lord, how many releases have we gotten now? VHS's, edited DVD's, 87 4 episode singles priced at $30 that if you collected them all cost you $2,610 for 291 episodes, the "Orange Brick" Season Sets, the Dragon Boxes, and now Dragon Ball Z on Blu-Ray?
I doubt these will sell really well (Especially if it ends up anything like the "Orange Bricks".). Many will stick with Dragon Ball Z Kai on Blu-Ray, and the Dragon Boxes. Plus many have seen the series so many times, even many avid fans will get sick of it. I'm not sure if I'll ever buy this.
The singles are incomplete. Especially with the Sayian and Namek arc. The UUE are incomplete as well with the seasons sets being a mess. The Dragon Boexes being focused to one side of the fanbase more and now Kai is a mess with the whole Yamamoto/Kikuchi music fiasco..
No. The Dragon Boxes are for the people who were dissatisfied with the season sets including the dub fans.
Soooooo.... it looks like Dragon Ball Z is going through ANOTHER DVD RELEASE! Seriously, do we really need a Blu-Ray version? We already have Kai... the worst part is that other releases are not even finished!
I know people are going to be confused as hell! Well, I'm not buying this for sure (I don't even own a Blu-Ray player). I will complete my Dragon Boxes collection and after that, I'm done with Dragon Ball Z.

DBZ on Blu-ray has been in the air since the season sets. I've seen some posts about if the Dragon Boxes will ever be on Blu-ray.

When this comes out the dragon boxes would have been done already and Kai doesnt even count .
