The dub music is NOT a mistake.
It was definitely a mistake, my good pal.
It was around the time when most TV anime dubs would replace most to all of the BGM in order to make the series marketable. Nowadays, the practice of replacing BGM is unacceptable by today's anime standards.
Bruce Faulconer's Music was never meant to be a part of the Dragon Ball series. It just doesn't fit the genre on what Dragon Ball is about.

That's subjective, don't say it like it's fact.
In my opinion the Faulconer music is superior (I've heard both). The japanese music just doesn't have the badass factor that just makes DBZ for me. Also it makes it out to be some sort of space opera, when really its too comedic and action-filled for that classification.

I don't care what people say, I still stand by my opinion. Faulconer's music was never meant for the show itself and never will be. Thank you very much and have a nice day.
Re: Bruce Falconer's Music was amazing and made DBZ
When I was watching DBZ on Toonami back in the day, before knowing anything about the Japanese version except that there was more blood and direct references to death instead of "Next Dimension" garbage, I can't honestly say that I outright hated the dub score (be it Shuki Levy or Brucce Faulconer). Very few tracks would ever stand out as amazing, but they never bothered me. Same as how the rock tracks from any of the PS2, PSP, or PS3 games don't bother me.
HOWEVER!
However, when the movies would air on TV with the Japanese score, I would always say to myself, "This music is so great! It adds such an epic feeling to DBZ that it too awesome for words! Why isn't this music in the TV show?" Knowing almost nothing of the Japanese version (this was before DVDs and there weren't too many bootleg DBZ VHS tapes in the Midwest) I had no clue that what I was listening to WAS the Japanese music.
Of course, now knowing better, I almost always watch DBZ with the Japanese music. However, every once in awhile, I'll find a clip online with the American music just for nostalgia's sake. It's not horrible music, I just enjoy DBZ much more with the real score.

Would you mind telling me what that's suppose to mean? Thank you.

if they can just make faulconers music in 5.1 instead of 2.0,i would be so happy....
If they could release episodes without the music playing endlessly I'd be happy.
It's a rating of your trolling attempt.
You just went 'my opinion is better' and ended it.
A good troll would at least respond and put the attempt within it.

First of all, I'm not trolling.
Second, my opinion is that Bruce Faulconer's music was never meant for Dragon Ball Z.
