Re: Deadman Wonderland Series Discussion (Possible Spoilers)
This is a pretty interesting show, but as always Funimation always seems to muck it up. I'm not sure about the rest of the episodes, but During episode 4 at least half of the episode is completely black. You can't see their faces because it's so dark. Even if it's as originally intended, you should add something to your video player so we can at least increase the brightness in this sort of situation. It's annoying when your watching a video and all of the sudden you can't see anything. I'm not even complaining about the annoying censoring that's on here, because I'm sure that would get me nowhere, but at least fix the stuff you can fix.

I've seen the broadcast version, and i can assure you the blackness has nothing to do with Funimation. The bottom line is that Deadman Wonderland is shounen, and therefor intended for adolescents and teenagers. It ran during the day and networks simply couldn't get away with that kind of gore and violence without heavy censoring.
This is an actual screencap from the broadcast version of ep 5.

I'm sure it might have done better if the ending hadn't been such a failure. I love the show but honestly, when I finished episode 12, I was pissed.

Re: Deadman Wonderland Series Discussion (Possible Spoilers)
I really enjoyed this anime!! In some way, Ganta reminded me of Yuki from the Future Diary But the ending of this show left me hanging!!!! I truly hope they decide to make another season because it would suck if they didn't

I totally agree the series is amazing i hope theirs a second season
I agree. It's an interesting story and deserves a continuation.
Plus, I simply can't stand when an anime adaptation goes unfinished. Huge pet peeve of mine.
