@Happy That's really neat. Being able to built from such simple material is quite a skill!
@Dragon That's awesome. I totally had a ninja turtle costume when I was a kid.
@Topiki My absolute first costume was Sailor Mercury back in 1999. thankfully, there are no photos of it, haha. I really like the second photo. It's really cool.
My first cosplay was Sailor Moon when I was 6. I didn't know it was cosplay then, and I had no blond wig, so it's not the greatest. I still have the outfit, so I will have to take a picture of it sometime. There might even be one of little me wearing it!
I haven't really cosplayed much in between then and now. Most recently I was Aerith from Crisis Core at Anime North 2010. I have Saria from Ocarina of Time planned for this year's con!
My first three costumes were at Otakon 2004 - Schala from Chrono Trigger, Naru from Love Hina, and Celes from Final Fantasy VI. All were awful. Here is Celes (left):
I recently made Celes last year (which is my avatar), with all my skills that I've learned since my first costumes: celes_ausa4 by stardust462, on Flickr
I guess technically my first was Mario, back during spirit week in high school. I don't have any pictures though, but that's okay, since it was pretty lousy.

My first cosplay was Kankuro from Naruto. It was alright.
My most recent one was Nepeta from Homestuck which came out great. I made the horns myself. Otherwise we had to piece this together. Im in the blue hat
V This was our group from Megacon 2011 of all the Troll Kids. I have the brown jacket on. BTW, thats half of us in the group.
My very first cosplay was Ichigo Kurosaki from Bleach (bankai mode) It was a decent costume i got off ebay, but its been awhile since I last wore it.
My most recent costume is Shizuo Heiwajima from Durarara!! I still need to get a wig for it, but I was able to closet cosplay for most of it, and I made the street sign prop myself, and got it signed by Johnny Yong Bosch!

My first cosplay was a random Shinsengumi that I wore to Anime Evolution 2004.
My last finished cosplay was Seto Kaiba at Anime Evolution 2009. No pictures because I spent most of my time working at Registration.
My favourite cosplay that I've made is a tentacle monster for Sakura Con 2009. That was made in 8 hours. XD

First was Hanatarou from Bleach

Latest was Anise from Tales of the Abyss

The only one I've done since then is Trafalgar Law from One Piece, both as the standard clothing, which is linked to here: http://beta.funimation.com/cosplay/trafalgar-law/64998 , and a formal version, which is here: http://beta.funimation.com/cosplay/trafalgar-law-formal-version/65071 That's the best places I have them, so sorry about that.

My first cosplay was a failed try at Kyouya from Ouran. I cut my wig wrong and my brother ruined it by throwing it in the toilet the day before Acen.
Current cosplay is Beatrice from Umineko
It's a wip though, I need to take a new photo with the jacket soon
