I was just wondering if there will be a season 3 of Corpse Princess. I've looked on the internet and got many different answers.
I was told that they are in the process of making season 3. I've also been told that it has already been made and FUNimation is trying to get the copyrights to dub it. I just want a straight forward answer on if it's being made and an estimation on when it'll be released.
Gainax and Feel haven't even announced whether they are going to be doing any more of the anime series. What you were told was only rumor, and I would not actually believe these rumors that you have been told, since the people who told them to you don't know what is going on at the moment.

There have been rumors that there will be a third season.Though with the Manga that is still on-going right now,there IS a possible chance that they'll make another season for it.
I love season 3 of corpse princess it rocks

Sorry if what i say next will be disappointing to all of you, but from my experience, all animes that divert away from the plot of the original manga it was based on tends to not continue because the producers of the anime cannot think of a way to re-link the story with the manga and they broke the plot in the process. However, i agree with everyone who watched this and enjoyed it that I hope they make a 3rd season.
there has to be a new season 3 this show is awesome dont end it suddenly like Claymore another great anime series but not fully respected. I say that if these anime were brought back up people would love them. They were brought out to the public eye when people were not into anime but now they are now come on and make a third season of Corpse Princess
Considering that Hiroyuki Imaishi has left Gainax to form his own studio, there's almost no chance there will ever be another season of Shikabane Hime. Sorry
